The NYT reports talks in progress. Not sure if its real. Need to think on this somewhat … makes sense as Sun is so cheap, but like many other acquisitions, this one is likely to give some folks a real bad case of indigestion.

There are a few elements of Sun worth having, and some … not so much.

Will be interesting to see if this is real, and if so, what the market impact would be.
